Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of organic oats
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of organic desiccated coconut
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the oats, seeds, desiccated coconut and nuts on a baking tray. Warm the coconut oil with the honey and pour over the oat mixture. Place in the oven at 180. Cook until golden brown. Keep checking the oats and turn them over twice so not to burn. When cooled mix in the raisins. Serve with almond or coconut milk with berries. Crunchy yumminess!
