- 1 cup of almonds soaked for an hour then rinsed
- 2 cups of sunflower seeds soaked for an hour then rinsed
- 1 cup of raisins soaked for 10 mins and rinsed
- 1 cup of walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup of raw cocoa powder
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture sticks together. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Cover with shredded coconut and chill.
