Raw Chocolate and Nut Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almonds soaked for an hour then rinsed
  • 2 cups of sunflower seeds soaked for an hour then rinsed
  • 1 cup of raisins soaked for 10 mins and rinsed
  • 1 cup of walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup of raw cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture sticks together. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Cover with shredded coconut and chill.
