Raw Date and Seed Flapjacks


  • 100g soft dates
  • 1.5 tablespoons of raw coconut oil
  • 150g organic oats
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • small amount of water to mix


Place dates, coconut oil and salt into a food blender. Add a little water so the mixture is gooey. Then add all the other ingredients and blend until a smoothish paste. Place in a lined baking tray. Use the back of a teaspoon to flatten and put into the fridge to chill for 2 hours. Enjoy!!
